About Us

Hello, my name is Tom St. Hill, I own and personally operate No Dents.

When I first heard of Paintless Dent Repair in 2000 after a big hailstorm hit St. Louis.  I, like you, didn't believe it could work. Once seeing the process I set out to learn everything about PDR and the business from the ground up. So I sold my restaurant and started my apprenticeship.

I have been in the PDR industry ever since; fixing hail-damaged cars for both body shops and retail locations across the country. I have traveled and worked in over 30 of our great United States.

We operate from mobile locations during most of the year (Spring through Fall) following the trail of damage caused by hailstorms all across the US.  In the Winter, we operate from our corporate headquarters from Walnut Creek, CA.

I enjoy taking a dented up vehicle, which in a lot of cases is believed to be ruined, and bringing it back to pre-storm condition with just some tools and a lot of skill. Seeing the smiles on the owner’s faces when they see the end product tells the story, time and time again.

I joined the NAPDRT in 2007, which is a non-profit organization of PDR technicians. Its goal is to better the PDR industry for both consumers and the industry. In 2008 I joined the BBB to ad some support and confidence for the consumer, and to show I am a legitimate company in an ever-changing industry.I strive for perfection in everything I do, and always pay attention to every detail.

Thanks!

-Tom

Dangers of Steering Repairs

When an insurance company pushes you to have your vehicle repaired at a bodyshop other than the one you have chosen, that’s steering.

You have the legal right to have your vehicle repaired at any shop you choose and the insurance company is required by law to pay the reasonable cost to repair the accident damage according to the limits set forth in your policy.

Even if the shop you have chosen is not on the insurance company’s program, you still have the right to have your vehicle repaired wherever you choose and the insurance company is legally obligated to pay the reasonable costs to repair.

Insurance adjusters are very aware of the steering laws and some have become very adept at using the right wording to stay just clear of the line. For instance…
